Today marks 2 months since we say goodbye to our sweet (and sometimes grumpy) cat, Bella. We have been fortunate to have her for the past 9 years, and was a bright light in my life and my best little buddy. Our lives revolved around her and we were well trained to cater to her every whim and wouldn’t have wanted it any other way! Bella’s favourite things were basking in the sun, most any food and treats, catnip, and outdoor balcony petz on her favourite scratcher pad. She loved ‘helping’ us wrap presents by sitting on wrapping & tissue paper for all occasions. I am still coming to terms with this loss, and am so grateful for Lifting Stars and specifically Dr. Midge who was our vet. It was so comforting to send Bella to the rainbow bridge in the comfort of her own home. I will forever be thankful we chose this option for her.
