A month ago, Feb. 13th we had to say goodbye to our boy Chester. We’ve had him since 2014 as a kitten. Chester was everything to us. He loved his family fiercely. He loved going on walks on his leash with his Dad, playing with his brother( our son) and having snuggles with me, his Mom. We built him a little perch off our deck so he could watch all the activity; people, dogs, birds, you name it. People would see him up there and would take pictures of him. He was a bit of a celebrity in our neighborhood. Our house feels so empty without him. There isn’t a day that goes by that we don’t miss him. He was such a bright light in our lives. The last thing I did was whisper in his ear, “ go run in the fields and chase birdies and butterflies and we will meet again” I hope he is doing just that. Rest in peace our sweet boy, we love you to moon and back 🐈🪽🪽
