Today, with heavy hearts and tearful eyes, we say goodbye to you — our sweet, loyal, and loving companion of 17 beautiful years. From the moment you came into our lives, you brought warmth, comfort, and more joy than words can ever express.

You were never just a cat. You were family. A gentle soul who knew when we needed company, a quiet nudge, or just your soft purring presence. You saw us through so many chapters of life, always there with your quiet wisdom, curled up nearby like a small guardian of peace.

It breaks our hearts to make this decision, but we do it with love — to free you from the pain that has slowly taken your light. We couldn’t bear to see you suffer, and so we let you go with the same love that kept you with us all these years. You deserve peace now, and rest, and freedom from the illness that stole your strength.

We also want to thank the dear friends and kind souls who knew you, loved you, and helped care for you over the years — especially when we went far away. Whether it was feeding you, keeping you company, or simply speaking kindly to you in our absence, your presence in their lives — and theirs in yours — meant the world to us. You were never alone, and for that, we are deeply grateful.

Moses, thank you for every purr, every head bump, every quiet moment shared. Thank you for loving us with your whole heart. You will always be part of us — in every corner, chair, couch, window table, and cardboard box you proudly claimed as yours.

Goodbye for now, sweet friend. Run free, chase the sunbeams, and rest easy. We will never forget you.
